NIO Property
The company

A decade of keys, kept with care.

NIO Property is the management house of NIO Investments — born from a decade of buying, renovating and running Budapest apartments for owners worldwide.

01 — The story

From first flat to full house.

We started as investors ourselves — buying and renovating classic Budapest apartments, then learning the hard way what good management actually requires. The agencies we hired treated our flats like line items. So we built the team we wished existed.

Today NIO manages 300+ residential units across seven prime districts, with over €44.5M placed in transactions and a tenant community of more than 1,500 people. Owners get bank-grade reporting; tenants get a landlord who answers.

We remain owners at heart. Every process — from the tenant screening checklist to the quarterly statement — exists because we wanted it for our own properties first.

Ten years, measured.

03 — Values
01
Absolute transparency

Open books, itemised expenses, honest forecasts. We encourage every client to verify our numbers — scrutiny is how trust is built.

02
Owners at heart

Every process exists because we wanted it for our own flats first. We manage your property the way we manage ours.

03
Earned loyalty

No lock-in contracts, ever. Clients stay because each quarter earns the next — not because a signature traps them.

The founders.
